Hi Everyone,

We have a spare double room available as our housemate is moving to Chicago. The rent is £330 pcm (exc bills) and the room is unfurnished. There will also be an agency fee / deposit payable.

The property is located above Clifton Wine Bar and within 5 minutes of The Triangle. (Great for nights out).

Overall the flat comprises three bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and a bathroom.

We are ideally looking for a professional/graduate of a similar age. We have no preference on male/female, just looking for someone sociable. No couples, sorry.

We are:-
Neil - 24, from Cardiff and Ex-UWE Student training as a chartered surveyor. Enjoys cycling, playing golf, supporting wales in the rugby and weekends out...

Will - 24, Ex-Bristol Uni student working in Risk Management / Finance. Enjoys cycling, football and competing in triathlons.

The room is available from the end of September 2014. Minimum 6 month contract and references required.
