I am looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing, but who is also keen for a beer now and then. I'm also looking for someone who will help to keep the place clean and tidy between the cleaner's visits.

I'm looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving to Exeter with work. I've been in the flat for just over 2 years and really like it - it's great value for money and the landlord is very helpful.

The room comes unfurnished although my current housemate is able to leave any or all of the furniture which is currently in there (by agreement with him). It currently has a wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, desk, and chest of drawers.

The flat benefits from Virgin TV and broadband, gas central heating, and a cleaner every fortnight. The bill money is paid into a house account and it also covers the house essentials (loo paper, washing up liquid, and cleaning products etc).
