Central double room close to amenities

We have a large comfortable ground floor bedroom to rent. The bathroom, on the same floor, is shared with the other lodger.

All bills and WiFi included.

As we are located very centrally, everything is on your doorstop.

The room has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers, small cupboard and bedside table). There is a desk and comfortable chair. Bedding, towels, iron, etc. is provided.

There is a clean and contemporary bathroom shared with one other lodger, with a shower, toilet and shaver point above a large sink.

There is a washing machine for you to use and indoor drying facilities, if it is wet outside.

We have two parakeets that live on the first floor, in the communal area, and so you would need to be comfortable around birds.

We would like to share our home with another professional, who is respectful, trustworthy and easy-going.
