Modern Clifton double

Hi potential flatmate...

Our flatmate Joe will be moving out at the end of October to head back to the big smoke, and whilst we're sad to see him go we need to find a replacement! Meg joined the flat through spareroom 18 months ago, and we've had a great time, so we're hoping to find someone equally friendly and chilled to replace Joe.

The Flat
The flat is in Clifton situated Pembroke Road so perfect distance to the bars of Clifton Village and Whiteladies. We're a 5 minute walk from the big Sainsburys or theres a corner shop at the end of the road for when you're craving chocolate on a Sunday night. It's also a 7 minute walk (or 3 minute run!) to Clifton Down station which is an easy 15 mins to Bristol Temple Meads. We're also really well connected in terms of buses, in case you don't want to walk into the centre on a rainy day.

The flat has 1 shared bathroom though our daily routines mean that theres rarely a queue for it. The kitchen is open plan into the living room and comes with a washing machine (but not tumble drier) and dishwasher.
In the winter months the flat is always warm and the central heating is rarely required as the building is modern and the heat from other flats tends to help keep it at a nice temperature.

Your Room
A double, mid size, bed room with plenty of storage space (wardrobe and chest of drawers), enough floor space to sleep a couple mates and is a nice temperature all year round.

The Flatmates
You'll be joining Meg and Ella in the flat. Meg (23) is a Nurse at the children's hospital and Ella (24) is an accountant.
We tend to work different hours which works well with the one bathroom but outside of work we like to hang out in the flat together watching tv (usually trashy dating programmes, think First Dates and Dinner Date), head out for a drink or dinner, cook each other dinner or exercise.
We like to keep our flat looking clean and tidy and feel like a home, but also don't obsess over it.

About You
Ideally you will be a young professional of some form and of a similar age to ourselves, we don't mind whether male or female as long as you're fun, keen to be involved with us in the flat, muck in to help us keep the flat clean and tidy and treat this as your home!

Bills
Rent is £458pm and bills are usually an extra £100.
Deposit is about a six weeks' rent (though do need to double check with the agent), all new tenants will need to be referenced as well.

What Next
If we haven't put you off with any of the above feel free to drop us a message with a bit about yourself, any info about yourself and the 3 people you would invite to your dream dinner party! We're looking to meet people next week ideally (evenings of 4-5 October) so let us know your availability.

In terms of the process afterwards, we would need you to fill out a tenancy application for the letting agents. You will be referenced but there are no agency fees. The flat will be professionally cleaned before you move in.
