We have 1 furnished bedroom available in our 3 bed flat (cupboards, shelving unit and rug are for sale by housemate for £50 ONO) as one of our housemates is in the process of moving out, the property is located on the top of St Michaels Hill, 5 minutes walk from Clifton triangle and City centre so its ideal for city commuters. You will be renting 1 double bedroom in our 3 bed flat, the property is bright and airy, has a shared kitchen and lounge area with a shared bathroom with shower and bath facilities, there is also a large communal garden and roof access with views across the whole of Bristol, perfect for those summer days.

There are an array of local shops and a co-op supermarket less than 1 minutes walk away, and the famous Highbury Vaults pub less than 30 seconds away.

Rent is £435 a month paid at the end of every month, *rent includes all bills* (Electricity, Gas Water, Council tax and wi-fi all included) subject to reasonable usage (turning off radiators, plugs and lights etc.)

Deposit is £435 + first months rent in advance (£435) = £870

You will be sharing the flat with me Tom 23 and Lauren 24, we are all social but respect privacy also and are all clean and tidy and keep the shared areas spotless at all times out of respect for other housemates (we have no dishwasher!).
