Two spare rooms in Clifton house!

**THESE ROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JULY 2015***

Hi, we're Elise and Alex, we're two UoB students living in a 4 bed house in Clifton. Our two other flatmates are graduating this year but we still have a year and we want to stay here next year because of how great the location is for us.

The property is a little house on Alma Vale road, which is two minutes away from the Sainsbury's on Whiteladies. One of the bedrooms is a very good size, the other is a little on the small side but there is landing space for storage if it's needed, and we compensate for the size of the room by knocking money off bills each month. There is a kitchen/living room which is quite small but cosy and the house doesn't get too cold in the winter due to the shop underneath so bills aren't extravagant.

We're chilled out people, not massive partiers but sociable and we like a drink as much as the next overworked students. We're reasonably tidy/clean but not overly picky about it, it's a give and take situation with us. We both like to cook and bake. We're Anglo/French and Anglo/Italian.
I(Elise) do Law and Alex does Electrical engineering.
