Small Double Room In Clifton- Male Preferred

We are 3 young, easy-going professionals in our 20's looking for a like-minded housemate, preferably male.

The room is available from the beginning of February. It's a small double, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small set of shelves.

The flat has a spacious living room, a kitchen with all white goods, a common bathroom and laundry room. Living on the top floor flat has its perks as it's always quiet and warm.

We're in a brilliant location- 5mins walk to Whiteladies Road, 10mins to the Clifton Triangle and regular buses to Temple Meads.
Unfortunately no parking spaces available for this room.

Rent is £380 and bills are on top (£55.63 water and council tax) and roughly £30 for TV, internet, gas and electric (season depending).

No agency fees.

We're a friendly, considerate house- we all work regular hours in the week, respect each others personal space, but still enjoy hanging out together after a hard day. If you're not afraid to have a laugh and are generally pretty awesome then we'd love to hear from you!
