It is available on a full time basis for £700 pcm. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, a sofa, its own TV, lots of cupboard space. There are 2 newly refurbished bathrooms. The second bedroom is a large double with cupboards and a TV. The kitchen is modern open-plan with a breakfast bar and dishwasher. The lounge is large and sunny with a dining table and beautiful views. Parking permit arrangements can be discussed. The flat is in the heart of Clifton Village, on two bus routes (no.8 to the town centre and no.505 to Southmead Hospital) so easy access to the city, or take an enjoyable 20 minute walk down to town or visit the surrounding Downs, Leigh Woods or Ashton Court over the famous Suspension Bridge.
