We are 2 girls and a boy looking for a 4th flatmate in our spacious top floor flat on the Clifton Downs. We are looking for someone light hearted, friendly, who's reasonably tidy. On a typical evening we might play ping pong/frisbee, watch a movie, or just hang out. It's worth mentioning we don't tend to go clubbing that much, though obviously it would be a waste of such a big flat not to have a few parties!
The flat is a 15 minute walk from Clifton Down station, and a 25 minute walk to the city centre, making it an ideal place to commute from.
Just to be clear, the let isn't a sublet, but is through an agency. So there will be a deposit and small agency fee.
