Double room to let over summer only - £375 pcm

Hi All,

My current flatmate is only available to move in around September time so we are looking to sublet the room over summer until end of August. I'm a nice, sociable and tidy person. Ideally would like someone similar. The flat itself is available mid-June and is ideal for students or professionals as it's under a 10min walk from both the uni and city centre. The bedroom is a lot bigger than the picture makes it out to be (couldn't find the right angle to get a good picture of it).

The bedroom is a good size and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving unit.

The flat is ideal for those on a budget/looking to save money as the price is insanely cheap considering its location. We will be asking for a small deposit to ensure you don't change your mind last minute but it's only £50. You will be required to pay bills on top of rent whilst you are living here. The place does have its pros/cons, which I'm just going to highlight now to avoid wasting people's time.

Pros:

You get an amazing flatmate.
Amazing location.
The price is insane considering its location.
The kitchen is massive considering it's only for two people, and there's too much storage space in the kitchen as well.
Same goes for the living area.
There's ample parking space as the flat is on the corner of a car park.
There's a corner shop like 10 seconds away.

Cons:

I sing a lot (which isn't a good thing as I have an awful singing voice).
The bathroom is quite small and doesn't have a lock (which has't really been an issue for us so far as there's only two of us and it's obvious when the other is in there!)

That's everything really. As for me, I'll be working Mon-Fri and enjoy nights in and out, going for drinks, watching football, eating dominos and I'm an amazing cook.
