The accommodation is of very good quality and comfort and will give you great privacy should you want it. There is a double garage for storing a bike or car and plenty of on-street parking. Ideally positioned for quick easy access to MOD, Bae, Filton, Emersons Green, Bristol Business Park, M32, M4, M5 and A4174 ringroad. Mon to Fri let would be a rental of £450 pcm.
