I have two rooms available. The rent for the whole flat is £675 per month. this will be split between the rooms.

Currently one flat mate is moving out in august and one room is already available. so there will be two rooms available in this 4 bed flat. one room is occupied by me and my partner and the one room is occupied by my other flat mate who is currently on a work placement. she goes to UWE and will be returning to live at the flat in September, she is currently not pating rent but she will be when she returns which means the rent will be shared between us. more rooms filled = less rent to pay. I have put in the first room that the rent will be £338 that's based on me paying half the rent with one other person, the 2nd room states £225 that's based on me paying 3rd of the rent with two other people. it can be £169 per month each if all rooms are filled. bills not included in the price. but are cheap. and will go through them with you obviously the more people to share the better. electric is on a meter and that is taken in turns each week to put money on.

the rooms are old Nurse student accommodation and include a built in wardrobe, heating, shelving and hand basin in the room. large enough for a double bed and small amount of other furniture.

the kitchen, living room, shower room and toilet are shared Flat is furnished. I may have a double bed for both rooms but welcome to bring own furniture.
