Semi-detached house newly renovated to very high standard. All downstairs has underfloor heating and all bedrooms are doubles and have their own en-suite. Each bathroom has a window and the house is really light and airy. There is off-road parking for 5 cars. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and two large fridge/freezers. There is an additional upstairs utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden is small and easily maintainable and a sun trap. One of the students has been accepted as an Erasmus student in Denmark which has made one room re-available at short notice. The students are second years but a bit older as they have started Uni a bit later.
