Lovely Double Room in Prime Location Bills Inc.

Hello! We're looking for a new housemate to move in ASAP. At the moment we have Pippa, Lucy and Meg. We're a fun, sociable, friendly bunch and like to keep the house homely and tidy.

A lovely double room is now available in a high quality, modern, spacious house share, in Horfield, with great housemates!

THE LOCATION (heads up, it's excellent ;) )

The house is situated in the prime, sough-after location that is Ashley Down Road in Horfield with easy access to Airbus, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, UWE, Aztec West, Cribbs, Abbey Wood, Southmead Hospital etc. With bus stops, train stations and the motorways nearby, the house is ideally situated for students or those working both in the City Centre and outside.

The M4 is five minutes away and the M5 is under 20 minutes drive away. The city centre (Cabot's Circus) is easily reachable by a lovely 25 min walk, car (10 minutes) and bus (10 minutes).

The house is only a 2 minute walk to Gloucester road and is very well served by local amenities - it is near the Horfield sports centre/gym as well as supermarkets, independent shops, bars and restaurants.

There are 2 large Tesco Extra's and an Ikea nearby.

THE ROOM

The room on offer is a bright, airy furnished double bedroom. The room is towards the back of the house, away from any noise. There is a double bed (comfortable mattress topper included!), ample storage and plenty of inbuilt wardrobe space, large bedside cabinet, large window and TV point.

THE HOUSE

There is a large open-plan well appointed kitchen with a modern dishwasher, large double oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and tumble drier. The fully-fitted kitchen comes with vast amounts of storage space, cupboards, cooking utensils etc.

There is a small, private, enclosed garden area with a robust shed for extra storage (suitable bike storage etc.).

A large sitting/dining room with dining table and chairs, large comfy sofa and flat screen TV.

The bathroom consists of a large bath, shower, sink, toilet, ample storage cupboards and mirror.

Free street parking is always available.

Free fiberoptic broadband wireless internet all around the house (we have the fastest speed). Bills included - Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence.

The house has central heating.

THE HOUSEMATES

All are final year students studying varying business degrees at UWE. We can all drive, and spend most of our time either at University, at work or at the gym. We are sociable, friendly, honest and easy going.
