Sunny room in lovely Victorian House

I have a large double room available in my lovely Victorian house in Upper Knowle, just off the Wells Road with its many bus routes, shops and cafes, and just 20 minutes walk to Temple Meads station. The room is furnished , has a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and plenty of space for your own things.

The house has recently been totally refurbished with a spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and wine fridge, and upstairs a smart new bathroom with walk in shower. It is a great house for entertaining or socialising.

The road has on-street parking but unlike many other areas of the city it is usually easy to park. There is access to a park at the end of the road, and a swimming pool and tennis courts close by.

There is a small attractive garden with patio doors. I have Wifi, two friendly cats and a house rabbit.

I would prefer a non-smoker, but you can smoke if the garden if you need to.

The price quoted is for the room and all bills including council tax and house insurance, and use of kitchen items. Bedding is also available on request.
