We have a lovely furnished double bedroom available in our 3 bed Edwardian House in sought after Upper Knowle, available at £450 for Short term let until Christmas - all inclusive. Deposit and month in advance required
We are a couple and there are also 3 cats in the house so a cat lover/liker preferred…..!

The house is a 100 m from the main Wells Road (main bus route) and 300m from Boardwalk Shopping Centre and near to the top of Arnos Park and access to Bath Road.
Totterdown is just 5 minutes away and there are a variety of independent shops bars and restaurants nearby on the Wells Road heading towards the City Centre. Only 15/20 minute walk to Temple Meads and 25mins to Harbourside.

You would have use of the large kitchen diner and lounge, along with the courtyard garden. There is Wi-Fi, though it is a bit erratic in the kitchen!

No DSS, couples, pets, smokers (though OK outside) etc.
