Combi boiler (instant hot water supply) Use of Zanussi washing m/c, microwaves, gas cooker, toaster, electric kettle, own new steam iron & ironing board, share large fridge freezer etc. All utensils, crockery, cutlery etc supplied. Share ground floor bathroom/toilet with landlady. There is also a Mira electric shower over a large bath situated on the first floor which you can have use of (at such flexible times as agreed with one professional lady, in residence on average of just 3 days of the week. Also, one quiet professional gentleman. These residents have their own kitchen and separate accommodation on the first floor.
Use of large garden, long washing line, patio and garden furniture. Own driveway parking. Quiet road.

Approx 2. 5 miles to Bristol City Centre/Cabot Circus (14 mins by bus using good bus lane facility).
2 miles to Temple Meads Station (10 mins by bus)
Excellent public transport services, i. e. Service 51, 20 = Temple Meads and Centre: 36 = Centre, via Bath Road, Brislington, Barton Hill etc: Service 54 to Cribbs Causeway via Temple Meads, Centre, Bristol University, Whiteladies Road, terminus Cribbs Causeway.
Approx 10 mins walk to Broad Walk shopping precinct, (Iceland, Wilkinsons, S'drug, Greengrocers, Subway, Bon Marche, Pound Shop, B & M etc) Takeaway outlets, Restaurants, Natwest and Lloyds Bank, Post Office, Specsavers, Dentists, Doctors' Surgeries, and Redcatch Park etc.
Also, 5 minutes across the road from the house, facing a large grassed area called "The Square" is a McColl's General Store, with Post Office and newsagents operating within; open from 7. 30am till 9pm. It also has a hole-in-the-wall Cash Point for bank withdrawals. Hairdressers and Computer Business also in The Square.

£82 for a one week stay: Returnable Deposit negotiable, or could be waived.

£320 per calendar month: Deposit £120 or could be negotiable

MON-FRI: £300 per calander month:

The "Short Let" period will extend to a maximum of 5 months. If the situation warrants.

Smoking is allowed outside of the house only.

Drunkeness cannot be tolerated, and will result in eviction.
