Spare double bedroom in amazing central location

We're looking for a young professional to join our 5 bedroom flat-share. The flat is in a vibrant part of town; located by the arches on Cheltenham road, close to Whiteladies and Gloucester road and a stones throw away from amazing shops, pubs and cafes.

You'll be sharing the house with four male flat mates between 21 and 25 years of age. We're ideally looking for someone who is sociable and easy going and looking to become one of the team rather than just a stranger who splits the rent & bills. Whilst we like to be sociable and active at the weekends, we tend to chill during the week.

So here's the financial stuff. The rent is £375 per month and with bills on top, it works out at approx £420 per month. There is an agency fee of £240 and a holding deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent, which is £519.23. This is non-refundable if you withdraw or fail the referencing process with the letting agency. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets or couples.

The room is available from end of may/beginning of June or earlier if needed.
