For the past ten years I have worked offshore in the oil industry, but am now returning to a more 'normal' shore-based life!

This modern and well presented home offers a spacious double bedroom with Council Tax & T. V. Licence included.

The Gas, Water & Electricity bills shared being between three people.

Downstairs the property consists of a large communal lounge opening to the garden, a modern kitchen/dining room and a WC. The property is well presented throughout, off street parking is readily available and there are excellent transport links (buses run regularly from the bus stop just five minutes walk away and the cycle paths are easily accessible).

I work a variety of shifts, so appreciate those whose lifestyles are quiet & un-intrusive. If you have strong political views, or snore like a wounded Hippo, then this is NOT the household for you!!

I run a clean & tidy household, and appreciate those who will respect this. I am not one for having all the windows closed, and the heating on 24/7 - so this may not be the house for you!!

I enjoy an outdoor life, and when I'm not at work you'll probably find me at the airfield tinkering with and/or flying my aircraft.
I enjoy cooking, and have a well-equipped kitchen. I respect peoples' privacy, and would expect the same in return.

I enjoy listening to Radio 4, and watching 'Question time' on television, and am not averse to cooking a decent Sunday Lunch, now and again!!
