The flat is situated a couple of minutes walk from Gloucester Road with easy access to bus routes into the city centre or up towards Filton. Walking into town takes about 20 minutes.
I don't live in the flat myself, I'm just the landlord, but I can vouch for the existing tenants being really lovely people who I'm sure anyone easy going would love to live with. I always leave it up to them to have the final say on who gets to move in.
