Large double room with ensuite in a great location in a 2 bedroom first floor flat in Redland within a 5 minute walk of Gloucester road and 10-15 minutes from Whiteladies. It's also very close to Redland train station which has regular trains to temple meads.

The flat is a good size with large living room and separate Kitchen. Both bathrooms, the ensuite and main bathroom have been very recently refurbished. It's a very sunny and bright flat with a fast internet connection. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and basin while there is a bath in the main bathroom.

Parking is gated and off street with electric gate entry. There is also a bike shed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer.

The current flatmate is 25 and works in retail so sometimes works weekends and evenings but is very sociable, clean and tidy and enjoys sharing the odd glass of wine in the evenings. Ideally looking for someone who is also tidy, no students and no couples please.
