I have a lovely large room to let in a student house. It is a 10 min walk from Bristol Uni. All the other housemates are Bristol Uni students. There are two guys and two girls so looking for either a guy or girl. They are very chilled out an like to watch films, go to the pub and listen to music. They do a mixture of courses. It has a good sized kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. It is a nice light and airy house, opposite a corner shop. The rent is only a 10 month contract starting in September as the room is being refurbished over the summer. So the total cost will be £4350 for the 10 month period.
