Great double room in friendly Redland house

We are two 25ish year old guys looking for a new housemate (of a similar age) as our current housemate is moving to the big city. The room available is the largest in the house and is up for grabs as neither of us can be bothered to move our stuff (plus a large double is easier to advertise ...lets be honest). We live in a really nice part of Bristol just off the downs, which benefits from great views, friendly & mentally stable neighbours, one nice pub, and close by shops , restaurants.. blah blah blah. Long story short its a nice house and you should come see it if you are interested/homeless/about to be homeless.

My housemate Ali and I are pretty laid back , though we do like to keep the house tidy. We're into football (though Ali is into really weird sports like rugby) but not to a level that makes us unbearable ( except the rugby), and we are always up for a pint or 10. We are both engineers and work sort of 9 - 5 ish so someone that works similar sort of hours would be great ( for socialising purposes ).

The boring/very important stuff:

The rent is £500 per month and bills (Water, Gas and Electricity, Council Tax, Internet and Virgin with Sports and stuff) are approximately £150 and initially the contract will be for 6 months and then rolling.

The Landlord is pretty cool and we don't really see him much, but he has been really responsive when things have needed his attention.

The house is pretty much furnished and the furnishings in the room can be arranged with Mr big-city if you need a bed or cupboards or anything.
