3 rooms available in 6 bed house share

Three Large double rooms available in 6 bed house in Redland.

The room is in a friendly house share with other young professionals aged 22-27, currently 3 females and 3 males. All three of the girls are moving out so we are looking for 3 people to replace them, ideally aged 20-28. No couples please.

Everyone in the house is chilled out and likes to relax in the evenings after work. At the weekends we're up for a party, night out or a film if we're just chilling out. We enjoy watching the rugby when it's on and often have a house meal when everyone's around.

All the rooms are large and furnished. One of the bedrooms is upstairs with a large double bed and built in storage. The other two are downstairs. The larger downstairs room has a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and other storage. The other double room includes a double bed and chest of drawers and double doors opening out into the garden.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a big garden. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is in a nice area, close to Gloucester Road and easy walking distance to the city centre and Whiteladies Road.

Unfortunately there is now a parking scheme on the road outside so it will not be possible to park near the house between 9am and 5pm weekdays. We have a drive on which we can park two cars and we are eligible for one parking permit.

The rent is £580 per month, for two of the large rooms, and £540 for the smaller double room incl. all bills and council tax, except for internet and TV licence which are organised by the tenants and are extra. Currently no more than £10 a month.

The deposit is £400.
