Room With En-Suite And Doors To Garden

Hi there.
We're looking for a housemate for our lovely Redland townhouse . It's just off Durdham Park, a stones throw from the downs and has a garden and 2 balconies too.

The house itself has 4 bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite), 1 main bathroom, a separate toilet, living room and kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi, netflix, Apple TV, Sky etc¦ And there's free on street parking available nearby as well as access to the development's bike sheds.

The room itself is a furnished large double with an en-suite and patio doors that lead out to the garden.

About us:

We're 3 professional females in our late 20's/ early 30's. We work in media/recruitment/social care. We have a part-time dog (who's lush) and a full-time cat (who's a part time dickhead).

We enjoy the usual (film bingeing, light exercise, pints in the local and the odd mad night out) and it'd be great if you do too.

About you:
Male or female, late 20's-mid 30's professional, clean tidy and respectful and sociable.
The room's available from beginning of May and is £600 pcm incl. all bills.
