I will be moving out of my furnished double bed room in a top floor flat on Oakland Road, Redland, Bristol. I am looking for someone who would be interested in renting the room for a minimum period of 1 month after the 1st of August 2015.
My Share of Water, Gas and Electricity has been paid up until the end of the tenancy so the only costs will be rent, council tax and internet.
Your flatmates will be two friendly professionals both working locally in Bristol. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a spacious dining room/hallway, living room and a modern bathroom.
