Double room for professional female

Hi,

I have a large double bedroom to rent in my flat on Redland Road. It is £650 per month, which includes all bills (inc Internet, council tax, gas, water, elec and Netflix!) and the room will be offered on a furnished basis. The flat has a shared living-kitchen space. The kitchen is newly fitted.

I'm looking for a professional who wants a home in Bristol and is respectful, clean, open and friendly.

I'm 29 and an aeronautical engineer working up in Filton. I've been in Bristol for 6 years now. In my spare time I love to be with my friends; eating out or enjoing a cheeky glass of prosecco on the sofa any day of the week.

Saying that, those things come after hockey training, coaching and matches, the gym (I need a way to justify the wine!) and I've opted to do a part time MSc so I will also be found buried in books and writing assignments.

My boyfriend and I bought our flat this year but he has now moved to mid-Wales for a full time teaching job. So, we've decided to rent out the large second bedroom as I still live here in Bristol.
