Large hall, 2 WCs and bike storage.

Bedroom will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished.

One car parking space available for the flat and one permit under the residents' parking scheme (Mon-Fri, 9-5).

£610 per month (rent = £500, bills inc. broadband = £110).

Current housemates are both professional females, easily tempted by the pub/dinner out/glass of wine/walks. It’s a relaxed house, not a party house, but generally sociable. One of us enjoys creative time such as drawing/painting and one of us enjoys a bit of gaming. We’d love our new housemate to be clean and tidy and keep the place homely. And our ambition, should you like to join in, is to try out all of our local pubs.
