Friendly, out-going male and female housemates wanted to join our urban family! We are a sociable bunch of people who love hanging out on the weekend and keep it fairly low key on the weekdays as we all work. At the moment, there are 4 boys and 3 girls, we all get on really well and looking for one more person to join us. This house is perfect for someone who is new to the area.

Both rooms on offer are large doubles that are fully furnished. The first room is available from 28th Feb and the second is available from 10th March.

The house is a large, semi-detached Victoria house, with a spacious living room complete with Sky TV and broadband (not included in the price, £8 per month). The kitchen is a good size and is complete with a dishwasher, fridge space and your own cupboard. We have a garden area which is perfect for BBQ’s and summer soirées!

There is off street parking outside and we are 2 mins from the downs and a short walk to both Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. There is also a big Waitrose and an independent cinema the next road over.
