Large double bedroom in 2 bed flat in Redland

My flatmate is moving out in July so I'm looking for someone to take her room. It is a lovely spacious and bright first floor flat with a fully fitted kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer) and bathroom with a good modern electric shower over the bath. The bedroom has a huge wardrobe across one wall, chest of drawers and bedside table and is at the back of the property with bay windows. There is a furnished living/dining room with fireplace (decorative only) and a TV that we bought ourselves. We can bring clean bikes up to store in the flat, which my current flatmate does.

I am a PhD chemist so I have long working days much like a professional and spend most of my evenings at the gym. We like to sit and have dinner together sometimes but otherwise are happy doing our own thing - I'm looking for someone similar who likes somewhere quiet and cosy to come home to. Students or professionals welcome, we're in council tax band B which is about £100 per month. Bills not included, they come to about £60 each per month. We have a TV licence paid for until October. There may be some agency fees for the contract but they're low compared with most agencies.
