Double room available in Redland house

Hi there!

We have a double room available in our house in Redland, just off Hampton Road. Our current housemate has just bought a flat in Clifton, so he is off to pastures new! We are in a great spot, it is quiet, near Whiteladies Road and within easy walking distance to town. Plus we are near Chandos Road.

The house is fairly modern (built about 10 years ago). The available room is at the back of the house on the ground floor with its own shower room. The kitchen and sitting room is on the first floor. Then our rooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the top floor.

We are both 25 year old professionals. Hattie is a graduate planner from Cornwall and loves a good cuppa, playing netball, staying generally active and jewellery making. Debs is a graduate surveyor from Gloucestershire, who is active (but not as much as Hats), enjoys anything outdoorsy and likes to make random creative stuff (probably a serial hobbyist!). We work just off Berkeley Square at the top of Park Street.

Evenings we tend to do our own thing, be it yoga or netball but we are equally as happy staying in and watching trashy TV or going out for dinner together. As part of being graduates we occasionally go out on a Thursday but mid-week raves are not our cup of tea!

The house is kept tidy and we keep the common areas clean and then whatever goes in our own rooms. The rent is £500 pcm and then we each pay £110 a month into one account which covers council tax, broadband, water, gas and electric and then we top up where necessary. The room will be available from mid June so it would be great to hear from you if you would be interested.
