We are 3 young-ish professionals, looking for a similar to share a new 4 bed houseshare on Redland Road. We've secured the property with an agency fee and will be moving in on the 16th June. (The agency fee has been reduced by £60 each and overall rent we bargained down from £1700 down to £1600 - so you'll make a little saving!)

We are Alice (30) Environment Consultant, Joe (32) Occupational Therapist and Phil (32) Healthcare Scientist. We're all pretty easy going and sociable but are keen to keep a clean, tidy and respectful household. We found that 3 bed houses were hard to come by, hence found this one so have a spare room.

The 4 bed house is on Redland Road, with a separate dining kitchen, utility room, living room, WC, bathroom spilt over multiple levels. It's spacious, totally double-glazed and seems like it'll easily withstand the winter! The available double room is a good size, clean and freshly decorated which overlooks the back yard of the house. The monthly rent excluding bills will be £400, with an agency fee of £120 (reduced from £180) and deposit of £500 to be paid to the agency Joseph Alexander.
