Hi there, we are three young professionals looking for another young professional (ideally female just to keep a balanced ratio) to fill a vacant room in this shared property.
The room on offer is a double. The flat is just off Whiteladies road and has a shared spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Would be lovely if our new flatmate was friendly and contributed to keeping the flat clean and tidy.
Rent for the room is £397 pm and does not include bills which come to around £97 pm(includes; council tax, gas and electricity, water, tv licence, broadband)
Deposit is one months rent paid to the outgoing tennant.
Room is available from the end of May with a chance that it may be earlier.
