Huge double room in large, friendly house!

We’re looking for a new male housemate (we keep it an even split, five guys and five girls in total), to move into our friendly, sociable and professional house share on Coldharbour Rd, Redland. We're within easy walking distance to both Whiteladies Rd, 20mins walk and Gloucester Rd, 30mins walk.

Although there are ten of us it never feels crowded with a huge kitchen (two cookers, two washing machines etc) a large living room with plenty of seating and three bathrooms. We also have a decent sized garden and patio decking with BBQ for summer and underground bike storage.

We're a friendly, sociable bunch aged between 21 and 31 and work full time in various careers. We keep it pretty releaxed during the week - watching TV together with a few drinks or midweek trip down the pub - and like to make the most the weekend (pubs, gigs and the various summer festivals that Bristol offers). We all get on well so, with this in mind we are really looking for someone that wants to be involved with the house rather than just renting a room.

All rooms come furnished, but the landlord will happily remove furniture if you want it part/unfurnished. The room available is one of the largest in the house (photos don’t do it justice!), it’s £515 per month and available right away.

Prices inclusive of bills (council tax, heating, leccy the works) and internet. To move in the deposit is one month's rent, and then you pay the first month's rent up front. There is also an additional £150 fee, £100 of which you get back after your first six months (so if you can put up with us for at least this long, it's really just a £50 admin fee!)

Rent is paid direct to the landlord, which also includes the weekly clean of communal areas. There is safe on-street parking in the surrounding roads with no permit needed.
