Lovely Double Room In Southville +All Bills Inc+

A cozy double bedroom available in a spacious clean and tidy victorian end of terrace house, the house has been recently renovated, and is based in the ever popular Southville area. You can walk to the town centre in around 15 - 20 minutes, Temple meads in 30 minutes, or catch the bus, which runs every 10 minutes. There is also space at the back of the house to lock up your bike if you prefer to cycle. The house is just a 1 minute walk to the acclaimed Tobacco Factory, and all the popular bars and cafes situated on North street.

The house has a shared bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower, a deluxe jacuzzi bath, under floor heating, and shelf space for each person. The newly fitted kitchen comes with all mod cons such microwave, dish washer, food disposal unit in sink, and is well stocked with utensils and crockery. There is also cupboard and larder space, and a communal breakfast bar and a 4 seater table for dining. The house also has 100mb unlimited broadband internet access.

The room is newly decorated and insulated, and currently comprises of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table with light, a desk and office chair. Although as the bed is from Ikea, it’s larger than a double, so I was considering putting a smaller double ottoman bed for more storage, and I’m open to the idea of it being unfurnished, if you have your own stuff if needed. The room is a good size( 3m x 3m), but if you have a load of stuff, it's probably not going to be enough space to be honest.

You will be sharing with me (the owner) a designer, my sister an accountant, and another housemate who works at Aztec West. We are all easy going with ages range from 30 to 40. We pretty much all do our own thing most of the time, and we are generally chilled during the week, so we are ideally looking for an equally chilled working professional, that works normal office hours, and doesn’t work from home, and is a non smoker. Ideally for a longer stay, but open to a three month stay.

The house is communal, with a nice sunny private garden which and is great for BBQ’s and wood fires, but please note I do keep the living room separate, so there isn't a shared TV space as such, but as we all generally watch TV in our rooms most of the time and do our own things, we generally use the kitchen/dinning area and garden to socialise, so it hasn’t really been much of an issue so far.

Monthly £449 which includes all bills including toilet rolls + cleaning products etc
To reserve the room ones rent in advance is required along with a deposit of £400, no other fees are required though.

I’ve left this rather last as work has left me no time so I can only do viewings after 7pm.
