Attic Room with Ensuite

My attic room with en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is now available. It has recently been redecorated and has a new carpet.

The room is currently furnished with a double futon base, writing desk, chair, shelving and clothes rail. There is also a mini fridge and extra storage space.

There is a shared lounge area with TV/DVD, modern kitchen and large garden with a veg patch available for planting. The house is over 4 floors.

There is a bus stop (Number 36 & 5), 1min walk from the house, this bus takes about 15min to reach the city centre (Baldwin St). Temple Meads is a 25min walk away.

There are local shops nearby and Sandy Park Road is a 15min walk away. Co-Op which is about a 10min walk and Sainsburys about a 25 walk away. The area is quiet, safe and parking is available on the street outside.

Living in the house already is myself (Landlord) and one cat. I'm a music producer, graphic designer and a man-with-van so am usually busy doing something.

I'm looking for a working professional who is laidback, mature and clean. No couples or pets.
