Your room is comfortably furnished with a double bed and memory foam mattress complete with double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and bedside lamp.

Nice warm house with all of the safety features such as lockable doors, fire doors, interconnected fire alarms you would expect of a well run multi let property. There is a regular service contract for the boiler with emergency call out services paid for in advance so you can always get repairs and faults dealt with quickly and easily.

Simple application process means you can move in quickly and with a low deposit (£350). References and guarantor required. You must be friendly and clean and be prepared to do your fair share of the household chores. Recycle and put bins out. Please note there is a strict visitor policy in place.
