Large, Fully Furnished Room

Hi all,

I'm currently looking for a housemate to join me in a cosy but spacious 3 bedroom house. The room itself is a good size and easily large enough to fit a double bed (although it currently has a single). Accompanying this room will also be your own toilet and a shared shower is separate.

The house is located in Westbury-on-Trym and borders Henleaze. It's easy to access Gloucester Road (3-5 min drive) which is great for pubs, bars and shops. It's also short drive from Cribbs Causeway which offers all the retail you could wish for. For those working in the centre (like myself) it's a simple drive down the Gloucester Road and usually takes between 15-25 depending on traffic. The house is also in close proximity to Southmead Hospital.

You'll be sharing a generously sized living room, a kitchen with all the appliances and a dining room with myself. We also have an easy to manage garden which is great for relaxing in the summer evenings (although maybe not in the winter!). There is currently broadband available as well as a TV with Freeview.

I'm looking for someone a similar age to myself (23) and professional. I'm a sociable person so I'm hoping for someone friendly but who would also respect my privacy. As I'm currently studying for professional exams I would also be keen for some peace and quiet from time to time.

The rent is £450pcm with council tax included. Water, electricity and phone line rental are on top of that.
