Live in spender and luxury, well furnished rooms, many facilities. All bills incl, off road parking, easy transport links M5, super fast broadband, free view/sat, Wi-Fi, large gardens, swimming pool, far reaching views etc. Non-smoking. The property is 7000 sq ft of space, (extremely large, yet still cosy). Although we are 6 house shares because of the amount of space, number and size of rooms, together with how often people are out or away, makes it very private, quite, as well as sociable.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is spacious, light and comfortable; furnished with a double bed, bedside table/draws, desk/dressing table, a chair can be provided; large wardrobe with shelving, there is also a settee, free view, and Wi-Fi. Double doors open onto the terrace and over look gardens and views beyond. The room is available for 7 nights. However if required for 5 nights only, a change of bedding/towels is included.

THE BATHROOM (bedroom 1)
Deluxe bathroom (shared with 1 other only, when they are here), heated floor, fully tiled, D shaped multi spray point shower, sunken Jacuzzi bath, toilet and sink.

OTHER ROOMS & FACILITIES
Very large lounge, medieval style with 40" HD TV, Free Sat, log burner, wooden beams etc. Large study, desks for computers, broadband hard wired and Wi-Fi. Shared kitchen all mod cons with dining/breakfast area and utility room. Also separate dining room seating 12, sound proof media room with HI-FI, cinema projector and surround sound.

THE OUTSIDE REAR
The terrace has a BBQ, outside gas cooker, Chimney and tables and chairs, which looks on to the, waterfall, ponds, swimming pool, summerhouse and far reaching views beyond. There is a newly built decking area with outside settee, chair and table. The sunset is dramatic and can be enjoyed while sipping on a drink in the evening.

THE AREA
The front of house looks onto the Mendip's (designated an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty). The village has a friendly character pub, with excellent pub food at reasonable prices, the Sunday roast is amazing and you have to book in advance. There is a store with post office, in the village, it is within walking distance. Tesco Express, local hospital and other local amenities are a few minutes by car. Several supermarkets, Weston-super-Mare town centre, sea front and train stations are about a 10 min drive. There is a bus service in the village. Easy access to the M5, with the outskirts of Bristol around 25mins+. Bristol airport is just 12 miles. Would suit working and professional individuals.

ABOUT US AND HOUSE-SHARERS We are an easy going couple in a quiet, clean, tidy house. We pride ourselves on creating a nice environment for our house sharers. We will respect your privacy and likewise ask the same. We are happy to socialise as and when appropriate, and can offer the occasional cooked meal, if required. Our house sharers are professionals or working and are all easy going nice people, as well as tidy and respectful to others.
