Hi there, I have on offer 3 x double rooms (1 of which is an en-suite) in a large 4 bedroom house (Please see Ad ref # 1305295 for more details). 1 room (not the en-suite) is available immediately and the other 2 will be available mid-August.

The house is in Whitchurch, South Bristol, and is very close to all amenities, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hospital, Cinema and Take Away shops. There are two parking spaces on the drive and plenty of parking nearby. We are also close to bus routes into the City Centre (3 miles away). All usual mod cons, as expected in a modern professional house, including Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the price. The low maintenance south facing garden offers the perfect sun trap to unwind in.

An additional charge of £100 (per month) would apply to a couple.
