Small Double Available in Quiet Cul De Sac

I have available A small double room in a quiet cul de sac with off street parking. 15 mins walk to Yate train station. 20 min drive to M4, M5 and Bristol.

the room is clean and tidy and gets the sun all afternoon. It is fully furnished with a small double bed with bedding, large double wardrobe with two draws, bedside table with two draws.

wifi access. shared bathroom and kitchen with use of washing machine etc and use of lounge. Use of south facing garden. all bills included.

Im an easy going professional female. Although i am a smoker i only smoke in the porch or outside when the weather is nice.
There will be two older children around every other weekend and occasional holidays.
