Single Room for Rent in Detached House
I have a single room for rent in a 3 bedroom detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Although I have mentioned that the rental would be for a minimum of 1 month I would consider short-term stay.
Easy commuting to Glasgow/Ayr with regular public transport. Buses are usually every half hour and trains every 20 minutes.
The rent of £50 per week includes all bills except food.
About us...I work Monday to Friday, sometimes late and my son who is 24 is studying music at University. We are easy going and enjoy a quiet night in but equally enjoy good company and a laugh. We are rarely at home at the same time.
I am looking for someone who is laid back and respects other people's privacy.
