Large Loft Room + En-suite

Tarbolton is a quiet village just outside Ayr with only a 10 mins drive from Prestwick Airport and Ayr itself. It is also easy to get to Kilmarnock and Glasgow, however a car is an advantage.

We have a three floor house and only really use the ground floor. We have two bedrooms on the middle floor, a full bathroom, lounge and sunroom and sun deck.

The top floor is a converted loft which is over 30 foot long. There is an en-suite shower-room and also a small lounge area as well as the bedroom. It is fully furnished with Double bed, wardrobes, draws, a table with chairs and a TV with freeview box. It also has a toaster and kettle as well as a fridge with small freezer and a microwave.

The kitchen may be used to cook meals. There is also a wash room with washing machine which may be used - times for both to be discussed.

There is also secure parking at the back of the house.

We are an easy going couple who enjoy the quiet life but also enjoy a good party very occ.

Rent must be paid in advance each week or month and includes all bills.

Ideal for short and long term contracts or for someone looking for a new place to call home.

For couples it is an extra £30 per week.

Please note we are smokers however the room to rent is on the 3rd floor and no one else uses that floor.
