3 bed New House Ampthill

I am choosing to let my second bedroom to someone lovely who is looking for a shortish term let initially, someone who needs a place to stay whilst they start a new job or on training etc..

The house is a small 3 bedroom, there is a driveway to the back and a small but perfectly formed garden to get out and enjoy.

I am very easy going but would like someone who is respectful and trustworthy and all round nice person.

Please don't waste my time if you are looking for less than 3 months as the references process is not viable and also if you are not sure you actually need a room yet..

The bathroom is essentially yours.. it is the family bathroom with shower (newly fitted). The bedroom has a large wardrobe so plenty of storage.

I am happy to share the living room and kitchen and garden and if you need some shed space then that is all negotiable too.

I am going to use some of the rent to employ a cleaner so there is no argument over who last cleaned the toilets !!

I am a lively 50 year old lady with a good social life with one friendly black cat called Enzo who would love another human to scratch his head regularly and offer food so you have been warned ..

PS: the room is a small double with a single bed (and a further bed under) size is 11'5" by 8'5" and the family bathroom is let essentially with the room as I have an en-suite with the master bedroom.
