Single room in a quiet, well presented flat about 10 mins walk to Bedford town centre and 10 mins walk to University of Bedfordshire. Very close to a variety of shops and parks. Comes with second bathroom and parking space. Looking for a clean, quiet, laid-back, easy-going housemate with a good sense of humor to live with, ideally just to use the room Monday-Friday, but not essential.
There is a double bed in the room including mattress and wardrobe, Wifi broadband internet is supplied too. Would be well suited for a working professional but I'd also consider students. Bills all included.
