Clean and warm house, double room

Hi, my name is Anna and I have a room to rent. I live in an end of terrace house with 3 bedrooms (one I use as an office). The house is modern (new kitchen and bathroom) and is always warm. I am a teacher so usually like to relax during the week and I enjoy spending time with my friends and playing netball. My current housemate has just moved to Leicester for work. I have had housemates for the last 8 years so am happy sharing my house with someone who I get one well with. There is a lot of storage space in the house and a car park which always has spaces. The house is situated on a 'walk' so no traffic outside the front door and the area is pretty quiet. Cleaner and all bills included in the rent. I would prefer a female housemate. The pictures of the room are a couple of years old, I will put new ones on soon. The room has just been painted and has a new carpet so all fresh and clean. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
