Double room for rent in central Bedford

A housemate is moving out at short notice leaving 1 Large double room and 1 small double room (currently a spare room) available to rent. House currently has myself and 1 other housemate, both full time employed, and friendly! Both bedrooms are available from the 20th of April.

The house is in central bedford, close to Bedford town, hospital and train station, street parking is available. House is well maintained, gas central heating, full loft insulation! Large living room, recently redecorated with new carpet throughout the upstairs. Bathroom and Kitchen fully furbished. Small back garden. House is detached so nice and peaceful! Wireless internet available and freeview/Netflix/SkyNow (and very fast!)

One month deposit required, rented through Bedford Homelink properties. Rent is £191 based on three people living here, could possibly be lower if both rooms can be rented out! Council tax and water is a set price per month at £64 per person, and including electricity and gas paid quarterly, total bills work out roughly at £310 a month per person (bargain!)

my housemate and myself work full time, aged 25 and 24, both male. Would prefer someone in their 20's, employed, able to pay bills, considerate, respectful, and hopefully outgoing! Its a houseshare so we all have equal rights to the property, it would be good to have someone that we can get along with!

we understand that it is key all housemates get along so we would be more than willing to meet anyone thats interested for an informal meeting over a pint! :)
