My home is situated very close to the highly rated Castle Road area of Bedford with its collection of coffee shops, patisseries, fresh Italian and Spanish food, live music, a comedy club, the river and parks. You’ll be an easy 10 minute stroll to the town centre and a 10 minute cycle to the train station.

I have 2 rooms available the Annex, a separate building adjacent to the main house and a large double room that overlooks the garden and enjoys afternoon sun.

The Annex is a very light and airy private studio which enjoys midday and afternoon sun. It has a large sofa bed which converts to a comfortable queen size bed, a wardrobe and cupboards for personal items and underfloor heating for comfort.

The Annex includes full access to the shared areas inside of the main house consisting of downstairs toilet, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and shower.

Ideal for working from home it could also be used as a dedicated personal office. It has a large L shaped desk plus wifi and wired internet access. Toilet, bath, shower and the main house are all accessible through the back door to the main house, just a few steps away.

The double room is very private, faces the garden and enjoys afternoon sun. It has a king size bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, a work desk, small dining table for 2 and Freesat Satellite TV. It shares a bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub and shower. With full access to the downstairs area it will feel as if you've rented a 3 bedroom house.

The main house consists of an open plan “great room” with a professionally tiled under floor heated kitchen area featuring a gas hob, convenient double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer washing machine and drying machine.

The adjoining lounge area features a large luxury L shaped sofa, a dining table, a flat screen TV including an upgraded Sky TV package. Patio doors lead out to a small private courtyard garden.

Wifi is available throughout the entire house and into the garden which enjoys afternoon sun and has a patio heater, barbecue firepit and round wooden table for 4.

All bills are included except for a £45 per month charge which covers a professional house cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and an upgraded Sky TV package available in the great room.
