Double room in shared detached house

Good sized (10'1"x9'1") double room with walk in wardrobe available in a detached 3 bed house.
Newly redecorated and is currently furnished with 1 double bed, small desk, large 3 drawer chest, low shelving unit and bedside drawers. Family bathroom with Bath and Shower shared with one other housemate (I have an en-suite) plus there's a downstairs Toilet/Sink if you get caught short!
Fully equipped kitchen with ample storage, good sized shared living room with Virgin TV, bluray player and big telly with ipod dock.
Large conservatory with multigym & cieling fan opens onto good sized fenced in garden with patio, barbeque, table and chairs. Plenty of residents parking off the street for tenants and visitors.
Lots of local shops and ameneties, takes about 10-15 mins to walk into the centre of town, four bus stops within 4 minute walk.
Currently occupied by me; Male, 40, IT Engineer and my flatmate; Male, 21, Electronics engineer. We have no preference who we share with, Male or Female but we do ask that you don't mind doing your share of the chores, and are reasonably house proud! Smoking is only permitted outside.

We do have a garage but I use it as a workshop.. so there's no problem storing Bikes/Motorbikes but a car wouldn't fit.

All bills are included in the rent.
The room has only just become available as sadly our other Flatmate has moved back up north. Be quick if you're interested; We never have problems finding Housemates quickly because it's a great house. References will be required because this is our home and we'd also like to meet any prospective Housemates before we make any decisions! It's our home and not a lock yourself in your room and not talk or socialise deal! A deposit of £100 will be needed if you want us to hold the room for you. This will be deducted from the Room deposit of £400.

Please bear in mind what I said just now; this is a home not a doss-house so if you're not prepared to treat it as such, please don't waste your time and ours! Hope that doesn't sound to harsh, it's just the way it is. :-)
