I have owned and lived in the property for 2 years and looking for 2 professionals to occupy the 2 rooms I have available.

Some basics about myself.
I'm a professional working for a automotive OEM. I'm very active person with a passion for cars and Motorsport. I play rugby for my work team as well as some salsa dancing to keep fit.

The house itself is a new build from 2012 and has 3 good sized double rooms.

Room #1 is now Taken.
The room is a large double and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and study desk.

Room #2 is available from 18th Dec. The room is a standard double and comes with a king size bed, wardrobe and bed side table.

House has an open plan kitchen / diner with good sized garden.
Good sized living room with sky TV and blu-Ray player.
All bills included.
House also comes with 2 cats.

Plenty of off-road parking with a 2min walk to tesco express and pharmacy. 3min walk to local bus stop and 400m to the A421 with easy access into Milton Keynes or up to Cambridge.
2miles from the local tesco extra and petrol station.

Area is part of a new development situated opposite the historic Cardington airship hangers which are now used for movie filming and concern practices. Good community with friendly street.
